Call for Papers
The 2023 CCToMM Symposium on Mechanisms, Machines, and Mechatronics (2023 CCToMM M3 Symposium) will be held June 19 and 20, 2023, at Université Laval.
The CCToMM M3 Symposium sessions will potentially include: mechanisms, robotics, mechatronics, space robotics, medical robotics, mobile robotics, robotic tooling, dynamics of machines, gearing and transmissions, applied vibrations/acoustics, sensors and actuators, machining and metrology, control of mechanical systems. Propositions for workshops or tutorials are also accepted.
Full papers can be submitted to the Symposium Platform as per the Author Guidelines section. Each corresponding author submitting a full paper will be requested to review two papers per paper submitted.

Author Guidelines
Full papers should be submitted online through the Symposium Platform as unsecured PDF files using the CCToMM template. Full papers should be submitted as single-column unsecured PDF files. Papers up to 12 pages should be formatted using the either of the following CCToMM class files:
All communications with the corresponding authors of each paper will be conducted by email or through the Symposium Platform. Each corresponding author submitting a full paper will be requested to produce two reviews per paper submitted and at least one author is expected to register and present the paper at the symposium.
Student Delegates Awards
The CCToMM supports the dissemination of student-lead research by providing financial assistance to assist the 2023 CCToMM M3 Symposium in the form of a Student Delegates Award (SDA). Eligible students are encouraged to complete the SDA Application Form.
Registration
Registration is for the Symposium is now open. The registration fees are 150$ for students and 250$ for researchers, plus applicable taxes. The fees include two lunch meals (June 19 and 20) and one banquet (June 19). To register, visit the Registration Platform. At least one author is expected to register and present the paper at the Symposium.
